Lower Interest rate makes people adjust to risk, since ETH and other altcoins are undervalued, the likelihood of alts pumping with lower interest and likelihood of not seeing any interest rate hike in the near future far outweighs thr vice versa, thus will give investors confidence on investing in risk asset like in 2020 and 2021.
