Step-by-step guide to exporting trading reports on Bitget MT5

To gain deeper insights into your trading activities on the Bitget MT5 platform, you can download your trading reports. While downloading is presently limited to a single method, the procedure remains straightforward and user-friendly. Here's a step-by-step guide to generating and saving your reports.
Step 1: Launch the Bitget MT5 client and log in to your account
Locate the Bitget MT5 client on your device and double-click to open it. On the client's homepage, log in with the username and password you used to register your Bitget MT5 account. Logging in ensures you can access your account's trading reports.
Step 2: Locate the History tab
Once logged in, you will see the Bitget MT5 terminal interface. At the bottom of the window, locate the
History tab and select it. This tab contains a complete record of your past transactions and all updates in your account.
Step 3: Select the data period
Within the
History tab, choose the time period for which you want to generate a report. Right-click anywhere in the tab, and a context menu will appear. From there, select
Custom Period.
A new window will open with the following options:

All history: Retrieve every transaction record since the account was opened.

Last 3 months: View your trading activity for the past three months.

Last month: Review your performance over the previous month.

Custom period: Manually select the start and end dates to define the date range of the report.
After selecting your preferred option, click
OK. The system will then filter your transaction data accordingly.
Step 4: Select the report format
Go back to the
History tab, right-click again, and select
Report from the context menu. You will see two format options:

XML: Requires MS Office Excel 2007 or later. Excel's advanced data-processing and analysis tools let you dig deeper into your trading data for more detailed insights.

HTML: Opens in your device's default browser. HTML files are highly compatible and easy to view across different devices.
Choose the format that best suits your needs and preferences.
Step 5: Save the trading report
After selecting a format, a dialog box will appear prompting you to choose where to save the file. Browse your folders to pick a location, and either keep the system-generated report name or enter one you'll recognize more easily.
After confirming the saving location and file name, click
Save to generate the report and download it to the selected location.
