The US Office of the Comptroller of the Currency approves Paxos as a regulated blockchain infrastructure provider
ChainCatcher reported that Paxos announced the United States Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has approved it to become a regulated blockchain infrastructure provider, and it will convert into a regulated national trust institution. All of its business activities in the United States will be regulated by the OCC, including supporting enterprises at various stages of digital asset development and providing services and compliance assurance across all 50 states.
