Bitcoin mining company Cipher Mining plans to issue senior secured notes to raise $333 million

Jinse Finance reported that Nasdaq-listed bitcoin mining company Cipher Mining announced it will raise $333 million through its wholly-owned subsidiary Cipher Compute by issuing senior secured notes via private placement. The new funds will be used to support the construction of its high-performance computing data centers to expand its bitcoin mining and AI hosting businesses.
