According to ChainCatcher, monitored by HyperInsight and Coinglass, BTC surged rapidly by 2% within 5 minutes to $96,100. The largest BTC short whale (0x7b7b) on Hyperliquid, with positions exceeding $120 million, was liquidated multiple times, with the largest single liquidation amounting to approximately $96.51 million, marking the largest single liquidation across the network.
At that time, the average position price for this address was $95,270, with a liquidation price of around $96,000. Its XRP and ZEC short positions were also liquidated simultaneously, resulting in a total loss of about $2.97 million. The account value dropped from a peak of $6.57 million to $1.47 million, after which all funds were withdrawn. In the past 9 hours, this address deposited another $1.7 million into Hyperliquid and then opened a 10x leveraged ZEC short position at an average price of $666, with a liquidation price of $683, currently showing a floating profit of $1.4 million (74%). This address is known as a prominent player on Roobet and Stake.com. Since transferring $7 million into Hyperliquid on November 6, it has experienced significant losses with minor gains, once using the entire account to short BTC and incurring a loss of $6.89 million. Subsequently, it made small profits from trading BTC, ETH, and XRP intraday, but has now recorded another substantial loss.
