Peter Schiff: MSTR’s returns will not be realized, leading to sell-offs and triggering a vicious cycle
Jinse Finance reported that economist Peter Schiff stated that MSTR's business model relies on yield-oriented funds purchasing its "high-yield" preferred shares. However, these announced yields will actually never be realized. Once fund managers realize this, they will sell off these preferred shares, and MSTR will no longer be able to issue any preferred shares, thereby triggering a vicious cycle.
