BlockBeats News, November 14, Bloomberg Senior ETF Analyst Eric Balchunas posted that "The US SEC has issued new guidance that appears to allow issuers to accelerate the effectiveness of their filing documents, in order to clear the backlog of pending projects as soon as possible."
I guess those crypto ETFs that haven't completed the 8a process before will try to move forward as quickly as possible. Bitwise's XRP ETF should be the next in line."
