The gold exploration project PC GOLD, incubated by Asteroid X, has been officially listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.
ChainCatcher news, the Australian gold exploration project PC GOLD (ASX: PC2) has been officially listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
PC GOLD is one of the first Real World Asset (RWA) projects incubated by the Web3 mining finance platform Asteroid X ecosystem. Previously, the project launched the PC GOLD NFT series, which tokenized and anchored the equity of the listed company, realizing the digital representation of physical mining assets. Ben, co-founder of Asteroid X, stated that this listing marks a deep integration of traditional mining and Web3 finance, and is an important milestone for the RWA tokenization model. "From Asteroid X to ASX, this step is not only a leap for traditional industries, but also a validation of the integration between blockchain and real assets." It is reported that Asteroid X's entity company Web3in Tech-Lab has obtained Australia's IRD (Independent Remittance Dealer) and Digital Currency Exchange (DCE) licenses, enabling it to provide comprehensive services for RWA projects under a compliant framework, including asset on-chain, compliant issuance, trading matching, and settlement circulation.
