Stablecoin protocol Level announces acquisition by a leading DeFi platform, protocol to gradually cease operations
ChainCatcher News, yield-bearing stablecoin protocol Level announced that it has been acquired by a leading DeFi protocol, and the Level team will subsequently join this protocol.
As part of the transition, the Level protocol (including lvlUSD and slvlUSD) will gradually cease operations. All users can unstake slvlUSD and redeem lvlUSD, and all cooldown periods will be shortened to 2 seconds. The last batch of yield distributions will take place on October 2, 2025; after that, no further yield will be generated regardless of whether assets remain staked. The front-end interface will remain operational until December 15, 2025, after which users can still directly unstake and redeem via smart contracts.
