On August 16, according to Tim Beiko’s summary of the 218th Ethereum All Core Devs Execution (ACDE) meeting, the main topics discussed included: the Fusaka update (Devnet-4 revealed issues with BPO 3, with plans to launch Devnet-5 to address these problems and increase minority client participation; the original upgrade timeline has been postponed due to instability, and a new schedule will be set once Devnet-5 is stable), and the Glamsterdam upgrade (EIP-7732/ePBS was confirmed as a core consensus layer proposal, and EIP-7928/Block-Level Access Lists as a core execution layer proposal. EIP-7778/6s Slot was removed due to conflicts, and EIP-7702/Fossil will be evaluated after ePBS and BAL are stable.
