Ethena’s USDe stablecoin market cap increased 75% within a month, escalating from $5.33 billion to over $9.3 billion by August 4, 2025. This surge correlates with the launch of its treasury arm and capital allocation program.
Guy Young, Ethena’s founder, announced on Twitter the rapid USDe supply growth. Over $3.1 billion of new USDe was minted, positioning it as the third-largest stablecoin. Ethena Foundation oversees tokenomics and treasury strategy.
