Fourth Paradigm Plans to Place 25.9 Million Shares to Raise Over HK$1.3 Billion for RWA, Stablecoins, and Other Sectors
According to a report by Jinse Finance, on the morning of July 17, Fourth Paradigm announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that, prior to the trading session on July 17, 2025, the company had entered into a subscription agreement with the subscriber. Under this agreement, the subscriber has conditionally agreed to subscribe for, and the company has conditionally agreed to allot and issue, a total of 25.9 million subscription shares at a subscription price of HKD 50.50 per share, with a total consideration of approximately HKD 1,307,950,000.
