According to ChainCatcher, DWF Labs Managing Partner Andrei Grachev stated on social media that the approval of the "Beautiful Act," seasonally active markets in the fourth quarter, and the potential for interest rate cuts will combine to drive Bitcoin and crypto-related stocks to new highs.

The altcoin market may partially follow this upward trend, but most mid-cap tokens are expected to underperform Bitcoin, presenting another opportunity.
