The three major U.S. stock indexes closed mixed, with the Nasdaq down 0.51% but up 0.21% for the week; the S&P 500 fell 0.22%, posting a weekly loss of 0.15%; and the Dow Jones rose 0.08%, edging up 0.02% for the week. Most large-cap tech stocks declined: Google dropped nearly 4%, while Meta, Intel, Amazon, and Nvidia all fell more than 1%. Microsoft saw a slight decrease; Apple rose over 2%, and Tesla posted a modest gain. Circle surged more than 20%, reaching a record closing high.
