Tether Co-founder Reeve Collins and MI7 Sponsor Acquire Partial Equity in M3-Brigade for Approximately $6.4675 Million
According to a report by Jinse Finance, Tether co-founder Reeve Collins and MI7 Sponsor, LLC, an affiliate of CC Capital, acquired 7,187,500 Class B common shares and 5,043,750 private placement warrants of the Nasdaq-listed company M3-Brigade Acquisition V Corp. (M3-Brigade) from M3-Brigade Sponsor V LLC for a purchase price of $6,467,500. After the transaction is completed, the company name will be changed to CCRC Digital Assets Corp, and it will seek business merger targets in the digital asset-related industry, with Reeve Collins serving as the company's CEO.
