Macro Hot Topics
1.Trump Reconsiders Tariff Threat, Reopens EU Talks: Former President Donald Trump agreed to extend the EU trade negotiation window to July 9 after the EU requested more time. This comes after his prior threat to impose a 50% tariff on EU imports starting June 1. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen had urged a return to the original 90-day timeline. Following Trump’s reversal, Bitcoin briefly surged past $109,000, and U.S. stock futures rallied. Trump had previously declared on May 23,
“The EU was formed to exploit the U.S. in trade. Our talks have gone nowhere. I recommend a 50% tariff on EU goods starting June 1.” These remarks had triggered a brief sell-off in both equities and crypto.
2.Michael Saylor Drops Another Bitcoin Hint: Strategy founder Michael Saylor shared a new Bitcoin tracker update, saying,
“I only buy Bitcoin with money I can’t afford to lose.” Historically, Strategy has disclosed BTC purchases one day after such tweets.
3.Bitcoin 2025 Speaker Lineup Announced: Speakers include U.S. Vice President JD Vance, Silk Road founder Ross Ulbricht, Eric Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Michael Saylor, and Senator Cynthia Lummis.
4.Pakistan Allocates 2,000MW for Crypto Mining: Pakistan is moving toward crypto legalization and has allocated 2,000MW of capacity to support Bitcoin mining and AI data centers. This initiative is part of a broader effort to monetize surplus energy and create high-tech jobs. Coal plants operating at just 15% capacity in Sahiwal, China Hub, and Port Qasim will be repurposed for the program.
5.Texas Governor Backs State Bitcoin Reserve Bill: Governor Greg Abbott voiced support on X for SB 21, a bill to establish a strategic Bitcoin reserve in Texas. Passed by the House on May 21, it awaits his signature. Abbott has supported crypto legislation since 2021 and aims to make Texas the "crypto capital" of the U.S. Similar bills have been passed in New Hampshire and Arizona.

X Highlights
1. @MonkeyJiang: BTC inflows return; altcoins still lag
BTC has entered the $114,000 price range and is expected to consolidate and form a bottom here over the next month. The next major support sits at $90,000. In contrast, while there are still some scattered opportunities among altcoins, BTC hasn’t delivered enough of a multiple to trigger broader capital rotation. As a result, most liquidity remains concentrated in BTC, limiting the spread and rotation of altcoin narratives. The prevailing capital logic remains: "If BTC hasn’t pumped enough, alts won’t see broad spillover." New and old capital continues to prioritize BTC, and even short-term altcoin plays tend to flow back into majors quickly. This structure makes it difficult for altcoins to see a sustained, market-wide rally. Fragmentation and inconsistent narrative cycles will likely continue to dominate this cycle.

2. @Aristo00692698: $COLLAT vs $IBRL — Solana’s RWA AI16z?
Betting on RWA to recreate last December’s AI hype cycle, I'm currently holding both $COLLAT and $IBRL, with a heavier allocation to $COLLAT. Both have the potential to grow into $300M–$1B projects. In terms of platform characteristics, $IBRL is the debut test token of the Gavel platform—not a native platform token. Meanwhile, $COLLAT is the clear governance token of Collaterize, with three major value drivers: DAO rights, RWA treasury participation, and airdrop potential.
Mechanism-wise, Gavel has backing from Paradigm and features an innovative AMM model. Collaterize, on the other hand, takes a Web2-style approach, focusing on compliance and liquidity structure, and has already launched more comprehensive trading and issuance functionalities. In terms of development stage, $COLLAT holds a clear advantage in timing and structure, while Gavel resembles more of a Launchpad 2.0 model.
Additionally, I’ve started actively exploring early-stage meme plays on HypeEVM. Attached are strategic recommendations and entry paths for reference.

3. @BroLeonAus: Bnbchain’s strength lies in grassroots users
BNB Chain's real backbone has always been the enthusiasm of the global lower and middle classes—not the approval of Western crypto elites. Today’s Alpha projects are driving impressive user growth, with grassroots campaigns reaching deep into Tier-2 and Tier-3 Chinese cities, reminiscent of the RACA era that once swept across BSC.
What made BSC boom in the past wasn’t Western media acceptance, but the “life-changing” potential of ultra-low barriers to entry. Even now, Western elites scoff at BSC, rationalizing events like Sui’s network pause as mere “security concerns.” Instead of chasing after “purity standards,” BSC should leverage the grassroots influence of movements like Trump’s base and double down on Wlfi collaborations to replicate Alpha’s inclusive incentive model globally.
BNB Chain’s breakout path has never been about pandering upwards—it lies in digging deeper downward. As long as Alpha can maintain its momentum and sustainability, BNB Chain’s spring will inevitably come.

4. @0xcrypto_max: Presale Trading Strategy — Read the Liquidity Tax
Should you buy into presale launches or not? The key lies in understanding the real intention behind the project: are they here to build long-term, or just looking for a quick cash grab?
There are two core criteria: market maker control and project fundamentals. If the market maker has strong control—as with
mirai, which launched with a tiny $300k liquidity pool and a steep 10% tax—whales can’t dump, and would have to pay taxes if they do. They’re essentially forced to ride the pump—this is peak control.
In contrast,
Linux launched with a $13M liquidity pool versus a $20M market cap. The pool was too deep for market makers to want to push it, giving the team an easy out, while investors got left holding the bag.
So the underlying logic of presale launch strategies is simple: evaluate the depth of the liquidity pool and the tax mechanics to judge whether the setup is designed for protection or extraction—then decide whether to buy the dip or walk away.
