US SEC Delays Approval of Canary HBAR Spot ETF and Bitwise Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF
according to regulatory documents released on April 24, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has delayed the deadline for Grayscale's application to convert the Polkadot Trust into a spot ETF and Canary Capital's plan to list an HBAR spot ETF to June 11. In addition, Bitwise's approval for a Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF has also been postponed to June 10. The SEC stated that more time is needed to evaluate the proposals and public opinions.
