US President Donald Trump says the latest inflation data is very good news.
Earlier data, the US unquartered CPI for February was recorded at an annual rate of 2.8 per cent, a new low since November last year, while the US quarterly CPI for February was recorded at a monthly rate of 0.2 per cent, a new low since October last year.
U.S. February unseasoned core CPI annual rate recorded 3.1%, April 2021 to a new low; U.S. February seasonally adjusted core CPI monthly rate recorded 0.2%, a new low in December last year.
