Nvidia invests in self-driving after offloading AI chipmaker ARM
Share link:In this post: Nvidia invested $25 million in China’s self-driving startup WeRide, grabbing 1.7 million shares and sending WeRide’s stock soaring over 90% in premarket trading. Nvidia slashed its stake in Arm Holdings by 44%, cutting its investment to $136 million, but Arm remains its biggest equity holding. The company dumped multiple AI investments, including Serve Robotics, SoundHound AI, and Nano-X Imaging, causing their stocks to plummet up to 36%.
