U.S. House Financial Services Committee Appoints Bryan Steil as Chairman of Digital Assets Subcommittee
the US House Financial Services Committee has officially announced the new leadership structure. Bryan Steil (WI-01) will serve as chairman of the Subcommittee on Digital Assets, Financial Technology and Artificial Intelligence, while Bill Huizenga (MI-04) will serve as vice chairman of the committee and Mike Haridopolos (FL-08) will serve as the committee's whip.
In other important appointments, Ann Wagner (MO-02) will lead the Subcommittee on Capital Markets, Andy Barr (KY-06) will chair the Subcommittee on Financial Institutions, Warren Davidson (OH-08) will be responsible for the Subcommittee on National Security, International Development and Monetary Policy. In addition, Dan Meuser (PA-09) and Mike Flood (NE-01) will respectively serve as chairman of the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations and the Subcommittee on Housing, Insurance and Community Opportunity.
