An address was added to the USDT blacklist, which is related to the removal of ROOST/WETH liquidity addresses on Base 9 months ago

according to Pai Shield monitoring, address 0x88E6...4d47 has been added to the USDT blacklist. The address holds 13.144 million USDT on Ethereum and 2.66 million ROOST on Base. The address previously received 150 ETH from address 0x71B2...18a6, which removed the ROOST/WETH liquidity on Base about 9 months ago.
