Bitcoin mining company CleanSpark has completed its acquisition of infrastructure company GRIID
Bitcoin mining company CleanSpark completed the acquisition of U.S.-based infrastructure company GRII DInfrastructure following shareholder approval, a “strategic move that will allow the company to increase its bitcoin mining capacity in the state of Tennessee,” CEO Zach Bradford said in an Oct. 31 announcement. The acquisition boosts Clean Spark's mining capacity by 50 megawatts, bringing it closer to realizing its plan to build 400 megawatts of capacity over the next few years.
