Vance, the US vice presidential candidate and Trump running mate, called on billionaire Peter Thiel to support Trump campaign. Peter Thiel, the co-founder of PayPal and Palantir, has been reluctant to support any candidate in this year's election, although he donated to the Republican campaign team in 2016 and sponsored Vance's 2022 run for US Senate.
