The Vice President of Engineering at Ava Labs, responsible for Avalanche blockchain development, has decided to leave the company after 3.5 years to start his own enterprise. O'Grady will continue to serve as a technical advisor for Ava Labs, but details about his new company have not yet been disclosed.
