Golden Finance reported that data showed that entities holding 10 million to 100 million ETH have increased by about 0.5% since May 20, when there were rumors that the SEC would reconsider the plan. At the same time, the ETH/USD exchange rate soared 19.25% and continued to rise after the SEC's approval on May 23.
