Cryptocurrency concept stocks soar, Canaan Technology rises over 14%
Golden Finance reported that the three major U.S. stock indexes opened higher collectively, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average rising 0.21%, the Nasdaq Composite Index rising 0.34%, and the SP 500 Index rising 0.22%. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the listing and trading of 11 Bitcoin spot ETFs, leading to a surge in cryptocurrency-related stocks. Canaan Technology rose over 14%, while Marathon Digital and Riot Platforms rose nearly 7% each, and MicroStrategy rose nearly 6%.
