TRM Labs: Countries with improved crypto regulation will have lower illegal transaction rates in 2023
According to CoinDesk, TRM Labs' report counted global cryptocurrency policies in 21 regions in 2023, which account for 70% of the global cryptocurrency risk exposure. Among them, countries with sound regulatory systems for cryptocurrency providers have lower rates of illegal activities than countries with weaker systems.In addition, as many as 80% of the regions in these 21 regions have begun to tighten cryptocurrency regulatory policies, and nearly half of the regions have implemented specific consumer protection measures.
