Invesco, BlackRock, etc. have submitted Bitcoin spot ETF S-1 update documents
SEC's official website stated that Jing Shun, BlackRock, ARK 21shares, and VanEck have submitted Bitcoin spot ETF S-1 update documents, among which:
Jing Shun ETF's fee standard is 0.59%, free for the first 6 months.
BlackRock's ETF fee standard is 0.3%.
ARK 21shares' fee standard is 0.8%.
VanEck's ETF fee standard is 0.25%.
Previously, SEC required ETF issuers to submit S-1 amendments before 8 am local time today.
