Starknet announced that we plan to upgrade the Starknet mainnet to v0.13.0 at around 11:00 am UTC on January 10th (pending governance vote approval). This version aims to reduce transaction costs. To ensure that the full nodes are consistent with the reduced fees, it is recommended to upgrade the full node version to avoid possible error responses.
