What is Planet IX (IXT)?
PLANET IX is a blockchain-based game released in 2021 on Polygon. It is where players aim to acquire virtual land parcels called PIX. The game combines sustainable investments in real-world assets with P2E. The ultimate goal is to accumulate as many PIX locations as possible in the virtual copy of the Earth.
How Planet IX (IXT) Works
Planet IX is a post-apocalyptic game where players known as Agents of Change (AOC) work together to rebuild a shattered world. The game is set on a world of 1.6 billion hexagonal land parcels called PIX, which players trade, store and develop into Territories. Five tiers of PIX are based on real-world attributes, and the game includes five sizes of Territories, which can be staked for IXT rewards.
IXT is the native token that serves as governance voting rights and in-game currency.
