How to complete Bitget Identity Verification | Full Guide
Master the Bitget Identity Verification process on the web app version with our comprehensive step-by-step guide. Ensure full compliance and enhance your Bitget experience with completed identity verification.
Web Version
Step 1: Click on the profile icon in the upper right corner of the navigation bar, then tap on Identity Verification to access the identity verification page.

Step 2: Click Verify and proceed to the verification page.
Step 3: Select the Issuing country/region and ID type.
If you wish to continue using the mobile version, you can scan the QR code. If you want to continue using the desktop version, please click Continue.
Step 4: Carefully read the guidelines before uploading the documents.
Step 5: Upload a photo of your ID. Depending on your selected country/region and ID type, you may be required to upload either a document (front) or photo (front and back). After you have finished uploading, click Continue.
Note:
- Make sure that the document photo clearly displays the user's full name and date of birth.
- Documents must not be edited in any way.
Step 6: Complete facial recognition on your computer.
Step 7: After completing the facial recognition verification, please patiently wait for the results. You will be notified of the results by email and or via your website inbox.
App Version
Level 1
Step 1: Go to the User profile and click on ID verification.
Step 2: Click on Verify.
Step 3: Select the issuing country of your document and the type of document you are using (document types vary by country).
Step 4: Read the guidelines before uploading your document.
Step 5: Take a photo of your ID or upload one.
Step 6: Get ready for facial recognition.
Step 7: After completing the facial recognition verification, you will need to wait for approval. You will be notified of the results by email and or via your website inbox.
