DBS Bank partners with Franklin Templeton to launch Singapore's first tokenized retail fund
ChainCatcher news, according to reports, investment management company Franklin Templeton announced on November 10 that it will partner with DBS Bank to launch Singapore's first tokenized money market fund.
The fund, named Franklin Onchain U.S. Dollar Short-Term Money Market Fund, has been approved by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and is recognized as an approved scheme.
The fund was developed in collaboration with DBS Bank and will initially be available to wealth clients and qualified investors through DBS Bank. It is expected to open to retail investors in the first quarter of 2026, with a minimum investment of $20.
