Supremacy Co-Founder warns of new Telegram phishing scams, advises against clicking suspicious links
According to ChainCatcher, Supremacy co-founder Yi issued a warning on social media, stating that a new type of Telegram phishing scam is targeting the Chinese community.
It is reported that scammers impersonate Telegram security accounts and ask users to click for verification. Once users click and provide the verification code, their accounts are stolen, which can lead to identity theft, fraud, and sensitive data leaks.
Yi advises community members to verify the source and registration date of phone numbers, and not to click on any suspicious links.
