Strategy Founder: Bitcoin Protocol Can Address Potential Quantum Computing Risks Through Software Upgrades
According to Foresight News, as reported by CoinDesk, Strategy founder Michael Saylor recently discussed the threat of quantum computing to Bitcoin in an interview. He believes that when the threat becomes imminent, the Bitcoin protocol can address potential risks through software upgrades. "This is mainly a marketing tactic by those who want to sell. Google and Microsoft will not sell computers capable of breaking modern encryption technology, as it would ruin Google and Microsoft, as well as the U.S. government and banking system."
