The Microstrategy board has added 3 members, increasing the total number of board members from 6 to 9
On December 22, the Microstrategy board added three members, increasing the total number of board members from six to nine. The new members include Brian Brooks, former CEO of Binance.US and former Chief Legal Officer of Coinbase; Jane Dietze, Chief Investment Officer at Brown University and a member of Galaxy Digital's board; and Gregg Winiarski, Chief Legal Officer at Fanatics, a sports apparel and collectibles company.
