Musk's lawyer claims US SEC "restarts" investigation into Neuralink
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is preparing to bring "multiple charges" against Musk and has restarted its investigation into Neuralink, a brain-computer interface company owned by Musk. In a letter written to the outgoing chairman of the SEC, Gary Gensler, on December 12th, Musk's lawyer Alex Spiro also pointed out that the commission had issued a settlement request requiring Musk to accept monetary payment within 48 hours or face multiple charges.
