Sui network first downtime incident quickly fixed

On November 22nd, Sui network experienced its first network downtime due to an upgrade vulnerability in congestion control code. However, the team quickly fixed and restored normal operation within 2.5 hours. The official stated that this quick collaborative solution demonstrated the strong cohesion of the Sui validator team and community.
