Polymarket CEO: The platform has no partisan stance
Shayne Coplan, CEO of the decentralized prediction platform Polymarket, has refuted a recent article published by The New York Times that claimed Polymarket has a political stance and showed Donald Trump having as high as a 64% chance of winning the 2024 presidential election.
Coplan pointed out that Polymarket is "strictly non-partisan" and it never envisioned itself as a political platform. Instead, political betting could drive Polymarket to focus on market-based predictions. (THE BLOCK)
