Arbitrum Foundation launches "Towards Devcon" plan to expand the Asian blockchain market

On October 7th, the Arbitrum Foundation launched the "Towards Devcon" program to increase its efforts to expand into the Asian market. The program aims to establish connections with the rapidly growing developer community in Asia through a series of face-to-face activities and learning rewards, and increase the visibility of Arbitrum technology in the region.
