JPMorgan: SEC's Wells Notice to Robinhood Won't Prevent Final Approval of Spot Ethereum ETF
Golden Finance reported that JPMorgan analysts said that the Wells Notice recently issued by the SEC to Robinhood Crypto is unlikely to prevent the final approval of the spot Ethereum ETF. The SEC may eventually establish a new intermediate category for Ethereum, neither classifying it as a commodity nor a security.
