QCP Capital: The crypto market is gradually returning to calm, and there may be some consolidation in the short term
PANews reported on April 17 that QCP Capital, a Singapore-based crypto investment institution, issued a statement saying: “The market is gradually returning to calm, with the prices of Bitcoin and Ethereum stabilizing at approximately US$63,000 and US$3,050 respectively. Options desks are seeing most front-end fluctuations. Rate sellers have pushed volatility down to 70% from highs above 100%. Funding conditions have also returned to normal, with perpetual contract rates holding steady and the forward curve holding steady at around 10%. With the Fed forecasting fewer rate hikes this year, we're surprised by how calm the market is and we may see some consolidation in the weak market in the short term."
